The treatment of fatigue depends upon condition causing fatigue; it could be physical or phycological factors. But there are solutions to combat fatigue and boost your energy levels. Diagnosis is difficult in this case because causes are not specific.

ü The best way to recover fatigue is to eat regular. Junk foods can also cause fatigue so try eating vegetables ad fruits more. Try eating on every 3 to 4 hours gap. Eat small but frequently.

ü When you lack physical activity in your routine, you might feel tired. Regular exercise makes you active the whole day. A 10-15 minutes walk can also boost up the energy. You can also try yoga as it has several benefits along with fatigue control.

ü I have mentioned this in my previous blog too, taking time to sleep at least 7-9 hours everyday. Avoid naps on day time as it makes you lazy. It’s good to sleep early and wake up early. Taking a warm bath or listening to a soothing music before bed will be a good idea to relax yourself.

ü Abstain from alcohol, smoking and illegal drugs. Cut down alcohol before bedtime. It will help you stay active the other day.

ü Cut those activities that increase the stress. Relax and listening to your favorite playlist helps to reduce stress. Spend time with your friends or workout in gym. Take time out to enjoy your own company.

ü Fatigue can be caused through dehydration too. Drink plenty of water. Drinking a glass of water after exercise will do a trick. You can also drink natural fruit juices. It gives you energy.

These lifestyle changes could help you but consulting a doctor is an even better option. If severe fatigue conditions remain untreated, it affects your mental and emotional well-being.
