blog for you. I am a person who wants to grow and level up every new day. I
personally believe in some methods that work for my personal growth. Well, I am
sharing 10 practical activities that would help you achieve your goal.
I’ve always wanted to learn an alternate language other than
English. I was engaged in learning French basics for 2-3 moths from now. But as
Quarantine days increased, I just got a little indolent. So I have decided to
re-learn French from now onwards. You can learn languages that fit you. Doing
something different from your daily habit are a super experience I personally
realized.
Overcome your fears
Everyone has own fears and it’s totally normal. Fear of dogs, fear
of heights, and fear of depth and so on everyone may have different fears. But
you should never ignore the fears. It reduces the confidence in you. Recognize
your fears try and don’t let it harm you. Fears are the ones that actually make
you strong. Learn to address your fears as it really helps you grow.
Get out of your comfort zone
If you are always happy in your little comfortable zone, then
you’ll never know the meaning of hard work. Try a thing that doesn’t comfort
you. Learn new things it can be trying new cuisine, it can be speaking in
public, or maybe making new friends it’s not wrong. Don’t always remain ok with
your daily routine; just shake it up a little. Expose yourself in a truly new
context and explore things you always avoided. Maybe it could be your best
experience, you never know.
Get new challenges
By accepting challenges, you’re actually proving your capacity.
Recognize your weakness and focus to achieve it; if it was something you’re
used to you would easily complete and there’s nothing different. It could be
weight loss challenge, achieving the aim challenge or overcoming your fear
challenge, it depends upon you.
Read more books
Make routine a part of your daily life. The more you read the more
you grow. If you haven’t started reading do start from today. There are a lot
of books in the market and you can find any books of your type. Reading a book
feeds your brain with more and more knowledge.
Always be kind to people
We never are enough kind to people. Be kind to people who helped
you in any way. Be kind to friends and family for always being there. Be kind
to teachers who taught you everything. When you be kind to people, you start to
feel ever better. If you do well it’ll come to you. Being kind and happy always
helps us to stay positive and patience everyday.
Meditate
Meditation is beneficial to balance your emotional and mental
health. It helps you to calm down and reduce stress and anxiety. Mindfulness
helps you to shape you behavior, change lifestyle and live a simple but happy
life. Meditation has shown its benefits such as improved focus and giving a
sharp memory.
Take a break
Are you working hard? Working is very good but if you could not
take time out for yourself, that’s not good. Just take a break and
relax. Self Improvement is also about enjoying your life. Taking a
break for a certain is very essential rejuvenate and charge yourself up, for a
new day. You cannot drive a car if you don’t have petrol. Enjoy your company
and just relax for a week.
Commitment
Many people don’t take things seriously. If you have no intention
to grow yourself, then it’s not worth reading all this. Only you yourself are
responsible for your personal growth. Make a strict decision to commit into
personal growth. You won’t get the results in an hour or a day. But as long as
you keep working on it, I guarantee that you’ll start seeing positive changes
in you and definitely become a wise person in future. Believe in actions than
words.
In this Generation, social media’s have caused a lot of time
waste. Teenagers and adults get irresponsible as they are so into social
Medias. Making a proper use of social media cause no damage. This time could be
used on learning new things. On doubt, social Medias are a great platform to
express you. But overuse of anything causes harm right?
Creating an inspirational room
You spend throughout a day in your room. You should invest time
and effort for building up an inspire room. It helps to give you the positive
vibes whenever you enter the room.your most crucial matters like planning,
studying, sleeping takes place in your room so it should definitely be
inspiring. Hang your favorite quotes all over the room. Motivational pictures
are also a good idea.
Wake up early
To wake up early, firstly you have to sleep early. People who get
up early find themselves being achieve and more likely to achieve goals. But remember
you also need to have a quality sleep in the night of at least 7-8 hours. Waking
up early affects your energy levels and ability in a positive way.
Practice kindness
Try being kind to everyone you meet. Even a ‘Good Morning’ is an
effort towards being kind. Doing this, makes you present and alert between
people. After this, you will have a positive relation with peoples. Be kind to
others in any way. You can help a stranger, share inspirational messages with
friends, get food for your friends and go help immediately if you see someone
in trouble.
Clean
In a day, give at least an hour to clean room, bathroom, and study
room and so on. A clean room is an essential factor to help you upgrade
yourself. Help you family in household activities. Reward yourself for taking
time out to enjoy your own company.
