How can you make communication effective?
- Listen to your partner carefully. You need to make sure about what are your audience/partner trying to say. Only after realizing it, you should answer them.
- Now that it’s your turn to express yourself, try communicating in such a way that your listener understands you. Try communicating very comfortably so that it wouldn’t get difficult for your partner to reply.
- Make sure that your partner or audience is not bored listening to you. So, try making the conversation fun in your way.
- Your speaking style can also affect the next person. So, try speaking slowly so that the person understands you.
- Maintain eye contact while speaking and also maintain some hand gestures.
